The front desk staff seem like they actually want to help rather than just going through the motions, and check-in was refreshingly smooth. I’ve stayed at places with higher ratings where the staff acted like they were doing you a favor just by acknowledging you existed. The housekeeping is thorough too – they even folded my charging cables neatly, which is such a small thing but shows they care about the details. With an 8.6 rating from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who noticed the consistent quality here.
