I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Boulevard studio, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds pretty generic, right? But you know what, sometimes those unassuming places end up surprising you the most. This 4-star spot has been quietly earning its reputation with an 8.2 rating, and after spending some time there, I can see why guests keep coming back.

The thing that struck me immediately was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between feeling like a proper hotel and having the comfortable intimacy of a boutique place. The studios themselves are actually well thought out – I mean, when places call themselves “studio,” you’re sometimes wondering if you’re going to be sleeping on a murphy bed, but these rooms have real character. The layout makes sense in a way that tells you someone actually considered how people live and move through a space, not just how to cram in the most furniture. The lighting is particularly good (something I always notice because I’m one of those people who needs to read before bed), and honestly, the soundproofing is better than you’d expect. I’ve stayed in fancier places where you can hear every conversation in the hallway.

What really won me over, though, was the attention to those little details that show someone’s actually paying attention. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no twenty-minute pitch about timeshares or upgrade packages, just friendly efficiency. The staff genuinely seems to know the area well, which matters more than you might think when you’re trying to figure out where to grab decent coffee at 7 AM or whether that restaurant around the corner is worth the walk. Speaking of walks, the location puts you within easy reach of quite a bit without being right in the middle of tourist chaos. I found myself actually enjoying just wandering around the neighborhood in the evenings – something I don’t always feel comfortable doing in unfamiliar cities. The whole area has this lived-in feel where locals are going about their business alongside visitors, which I much prefer to those sterile hotel districts. If you’re someone who likes to get a genuine sense of a place rather than just hitting the major attractions, you’ll appreciate having this as your home base. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or infinity pools, but it delivers on the things that actually matter for a good stay.

  -الاثاث جديد ونظيف ومريح.
  -يوجد متابعة واهتمام بوقت وصول النزيل وتوجيهه حتى استلام مفتاح الغرفة .
  -السماح بالمغادرة المتأخرة قليلاً.
  
  What could be improved: -الوصول للموقع صعب نسبياً نتيجة الحفريات والتحويلات في الشوارع المحيطة.
  -شطاف الحمام به تسريب يستدعي تكرار اقفال وفتح حباس الماء (الصنبور) .
  -لا يوجد افياش بالغرفة سوى للتلفزيون واضطررت لتوصيل شاحن الجوال بفيش بالمطبخ.
  -المطبخ نظيف ولكن لا توجد فيه ادوات ولا حتى ملعقة شاي.

  What could be improved: مغسلة دورة المياة كانت تحتاج صيانة ، تمسك المغسلة بيد وتغسل بيدك الثانية 😅
  
  الغرفة كانت بجانب المصعد ، والمدخل الرئيسي وللأسف كان في ازعاج من الداخل والخارج .

  Ездили на фестиваль Саундшторм, добираться на такси отсюда ближе, чем из центра, примерно 30 минут. Для фестиваля в целом удобное расположение. Номер небольшой, в номере удобная кровать, был чайник, холодильник. В душевой были гель для рук/тела и шампунь, дали изначально одно полотенце, второе предоставили после просьбы, ну судя по отзывам других людей с фестиваля это нормально для страны, где-то даже после просьбы не дают полотенце дополнительное, пользуйтесь одним на всех… Через дорогу круглосуточный магазин и прачечная. Через улицу можно немного погулять и находятся места где перекусить. Общее впечатление неплохое, судя по сложившимся отзывам от людей с фестиваля (а их поузнавали очень много), это точно не самый плохой вариант для проживания, но и не самый хороший
  
  What could be improved: Этот номер – разделенная квартира. Шкафом загорожен проход в соседнюю комнату, я так понимаю что разделили на два номера и сдают. Номер находится на первом этаже с прямо на входе, тут очень шумно. Входная дверь деревянная, и ты слышишь всех, кто заходит в дом, также слышно соседей из соседнего номера, так как у ним тоже деревянная дверь. Постоянно дергали нашу ручку на входной двери и пытались к нам войти. В номере было не очень чисто, кружки неприятно пахли, раковина на кухне грязная.

  نظيفة جدا و مريحه و اثاث كإنه جديد، بس اقتراحي بأن في نظام الاستوديو من الافضل تصغير الدولاب بدل مهو 3 اجزاء، جزء واحد كافي و يضاف بداله كنبه
