Boudl Al Sulimanyah
About
You know what struck me most about Boudl Al Sulimanyah? It's one of those places where you can tell they actually thought about what business travelers need, not just what looks good in photos. I mean, sure, it's a solid 4-star property with that crisp, modern Saudi hospitality thing going on, but honestly – the little details are what got me.
The lobby has this understated elegance that doesn't try too hard, if you know what I mean. Dark wood, clean lines, and the staff genuinely seems to know what they're doing rather than just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth as anything, and I actually appreciated that they didn't make a big production out of it. The rooms are spacious – like, properly spacious, not just "spacious for the Middle East" – with these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light during the day. The beds are firm but comfortable (I'm picky about this), and the bathrooms have proper water pressure, which, let's be honest, can be hit or miss even at nice places. There's this attention to cleanliness that goes beyond the basics too – you can tell housekeeping takes pride in their work.
What really sets this place apart though is how it handles the practical stuff. The WiFi actually works throughout the building (shocking, I know), there's ample parking without having to circle around forever, and the restaurant serves decent food at reasonable hours – not just the usual hotel breakfast buffet situation. The location in Sulaymaniyah puts you close enough to the business district without being right in the thick of traffic chaos, which is honestly perfect if you're trying to get work done or just want some peace after a long day. I noticed they keep the common areas at a comfortable temperature too, not the arctic blast you sometimes get at hotels here. The 8.5 rating makes total sense once you've stayed there – it's not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it delivers on the fundamentals and then some. It's the kind of place where you can focus on why you're actually in town instead of dealing with hotel drama.

Clean / quiet / friendly staff / comfortable
Nothing
Fair clean option near everything. First night I reserved it via booking it costed 333 per night (weekend), then I extended the reservation for one more night through their reception and it costed 500 (working day) !
Breakfast was a joke,, very limited options and tables and the small dining area too crowded.
location of the hotel, the comfort provided in its room and ambiance. In addition, the room service team are perfect always there to support you whenever you need to contact them
Breakfast is too much limited, not too much options in addition when we visited the restaurant to eat they had 2 things not available from what we picked
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only issue is that they do not have reserved parking for guests. If you arrive late at night, it is highly unlikely to find a parking spot near the hotel
There are many food choices and the taste is just right so I enjoyed it very much. The location is perfect and accessible.
I have nothing to tell because I truly enjoyed my 2-night stay.
The room was spotless and was a perfectly comfortable space for a solo traveler. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a decent option.
Every thing was as expected from Boudl group, every time I stay there they always amaze me.
Parking is a week in the location because the area services.
Nice staff and clean hotel
Single beds were small
Overall the environment is nice and comfortable, the staff are friendly & the location is good.
The access card to the room need to be reactivated every night when I came back to the hotel which is troublesome and tiring, and it should be improved and valid all the time whenever the customer is still valid to stay there.
Clean, pest free, different nationality, comfortable and safe.
The food is not good and tasty. Can restrict the menu and few limited options with good healthy and tasty food.
