Well, let’s just say I slept better there than I do at home most nights. The blackout curtains actually work (which is rarer than it should be), and the bed hits that sweet spot between firm and soft.

What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was. You’d expect some noise issues with an apartment-style setup, but the soundproofing is surprisingly good. I barely heard the neighbors, even during what I assume were normal living hours. The building itself feels well-maintained – you can tell someone actually cares about keeping things in good shape rather than just doing the bare minimum. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly complicated process some places put you through.   The property is nice, clean and has all the amenities as advertised.The staff and the owner are very accommodating and deserved all the highest respect.The property has everything we needed to stay comfortably, from toiletries,kitchen utensils and cookwares,condiments,cleaning materials,laundry soap,cooking oil,salt,etc. have been provided.We felt the property is like our home as everything we needed was available.The property also provided complimentary drinks,coffee, water and snacks.The property is also nearby to grocery shop,pharmacy and restaurants and its accessible to public taxi.It is very close to Riyadh boulevard.
  
  What could be improved: The room attendant has limited english speaking skills but owner has excellent english communication skills.

  Rating isn’t fair for this place. 10/10 scale isn’t enough. I would rate 11/10. The host is super nice. I would like to thank him for his hospitality and care for us as if we are family. He provided everything even food and snacks. The apartment is soo coool and cozy. It feels like home with a 7 stars hotel service. The owner took care of every little detail from the toothbrush to the Netflix subscription.
  I would definitely stay at this place everytime I am in riyadh. The location is prime and close to boulevard.
