The main bedroom has this really comfortable mattress (and I’m picky about that stuff), while the second bedroom works perfectly if you’re traveling with kids or friends who don’t mind sharing space. What I really appreciated, though, was the kitchen situation. It’s not just one of those mini-fridge-and-microwave setups that barely function – you’ve got actual counter space, a full-size fridge, and everything you need if you want to grab groceries and cook a proper meal instead of eating out every night. Trust me, your wallet will thank you, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple days.

The whole place just feels… well, like someone’s actual apartment rather than a cookie-cutter rental. There are these little touches – decent hangers in the closets, enough outlets where you actually need them, and the WiFi doesn’t cut out every time someone uses the microwave (you’d be surprised how often that happens). I stayed here during what seemed like a pretty busy period, and honestly, it stayed quiet at night.   Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice apartment complex. Parking is always available. Location is nice and close to many Riyadh attractions. Nice playground for children. There are security cameras all around the building so it feels safe. Decent sized kitchen and laundry room. Bedrooms are well furnished. Communication with the property management was very clear and helpful with no issues during check-in or check-out

  The property was perfect for my children and I for a one week vacation in Riyadh. Great location, close to boulevard world. Very accommodating and helpful host. The apartment is quite nice with new modern fittings. The convenience of having a playground right outside the apartment with a grocery store across the street was a plus as well. Would definitely consider rebooking for our next stay.
