The lobby hits you with this warm, amber-toned lighting (clever branding, I suppose) that actually feels welcoming instead of trying too hard. The staff at check-in were genuinely friendly, not that practiced hotel smile you get everywhere else, and they seemed to actually know the area when I asked about dinner recommendations.

The rooms are where this place really shines though. I mean, they’ve clearly put thought into the details that most hotels overlook – decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and thank god, air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train. The beds are properly comfortable too, not too soft or too firm, and the pillows… well, let’s just say I slept better than I have in months. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything stayed, even with what seemed like a busy evening crowd. The soundproofing is solid, which you don’t always get even at higher-end places.

Service-wise, they’ve got this balance figured out – attentive without being hovering, if that makes sense. The housekeeping was spot-on, and when I needed extra towels (long story), they showed up within minutes. The restaurant situation is actually pretty good too; their breakfast spread was way better than expected, with some local touches that felt authentic rather than touristy. Parking was straightforward, which is always a relief when you’re dealing with an unfamiliar area. Honestly, with a 9.7 rating, I was skeptical – those numbers usually seem inflated – but after staying here, I get it. It’s not about flashy amenities or marble everything; it’s about doing the fundamentals really, really well. The kind of place where everything just works the way it should, and you don’t spend your stay dealing with little annoyances that pile up. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable that won’t break the bank but still feels like a treat, this is definitely worth considering.

  – The building manager contacted us before arrival and provided all the details for a smooth check-in.
  – They accommodated all our specific requests, making the stay even more comfortable.
  – The location is strategic — close to many restaurants and perfect for attending events around Riyadh.
  – Everything was well-organized, and the service was outstanding.

  The location is perfect near all attractions specifically the boulevard activities besides the access to the main roads is very smooth. The facility is very secure by access control.
  The apartment is very spacious clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. Special thank to Abdulrahman who was the top on everything and gave all kind of support.

  Love the location. Love how clean and well kept it is. No reception but the phone reception were very prompt in their replies. I just wished they had told us earlier so we wouldn't be stranded outside the apartment trying to check in over the phone. Security was friendly and tried to help though. The apartment was very welcoming with drinks and snacks. The only bad thing maybe is that the toilet floor is a bit slippery and there's no handheld shower, only rain shower which the elderly find it overwhelming.
