  Clean and nice place. Good size rooms. Well maintained rooms.
  
  What could be improved: No washing machine, no dryer, no iron and no iron board till you ask for it. No balcony. No locker. All electrical.appliances needs replacements. The iron was replaced twice, the washing machine replaced twice. AC was leaking water inside the room.
