The staff genuinely seem to care about making your stay work – they helped me sort out a taxi situation when my usual ride-share app was acting up, and they knew exactly which restaurants delivered to the hotel without any fuss. Check-in was refreshingly quick, and they actually explained how everything worked in the unit rather than just handing over a key card and waving you off. The building itself is well-maintained, and I appreciated that the elevators worked consistently and the hallways didn’t have that weird hotel carpet smell that some places can’t seem to shake.   Clean and nice place. Good size rooms. Well maintained rooms.
  
  What could be improved: No washing machine, no dryer, no iron and no iron board till you ask for it. No balcony. No locker. All electrical.appliances needs replacements. The iron was replaced twice, the washing machine replaced twice. AC was leaking water inside the room.
