I slept better here than at some 5-star places where the mattress felt like it was made for show rather than sleep.

The staff here really knows their stuff – they’re not just friendly (though they are), they actually seem to understand what travelers need. When I had an issue with my room key around midnight, the front desk guy didn’t just fix it, he also mentioned which nearby places would still be open if I needed anything. That’s the kind of local knowledge you can’t fake. The location in Riyadh puts you right in the thick of things without the chaos – you’re close enough to everything important but on a quieter street where you can actually get some rest. I noticed the neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals actually go about their daily business, which I always prefer over those sterile tourist zones. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in the city will tell you is no small thing. The 8.2 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a proper home base rather than just somewhere to crash, this residence gets it right.

  We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free visit!
  
  What could be improved: We were disappointed that there was no microwave provided in the room. This small addition would have made the stay much more convenient, especially for longer visits.
