هوستا الملقا
About
You know what caught me off guard about هوستا الملقا? It's one of those places that actually lives up to its 4-star rating without trying too hard to impress you. I mean, when you walk into the lobby, there's this understated elegance that feels authentic rather than forced – no marble everywhere or overly dramatic lighting, just clean lines and that kind of warmth that makes you think "okay, I can settle in here."
The thing is, this place gets the details right in ways that honestly surprised me. The rooms have this perfect balance where they feel spacious without being cavernous, and the beds – well, let's just say I had zero trouble falling asleep, which is rare for me in hotels. The bathrooms are actually generous in size (you can move around without bumping into everything), and the water pressure is consistently good, not just decent. I noticed the housekeeping team really pays attention too – fresh towels that actually smell clean, not like industrial detergent, and they don't go overboard rearranging your stuff. The air conditioning works quietly, which might sound like a small thing, but when you're trying to sleep or work, it makes all the difference.
What really sets هوستا الملقا apart though is the service approach. The staff has this way of being helpful without hovering, if that makes sense. They remember your preferences after a day or two, but they're not constantly asking if everything's perfect every five minutes. Check-in was smooth – no lengthy speeches about amenities I can figure out myself. The 8.9 rating starts making sense when you realize it's all these little things adding up. Sure, it's not the flashiest place you'll ever stay, but it's the kind of hotel where everything just works the way it should. The common areas stay clean throughout the day, the elevators are quick and quiet, and honestly, the whole place has this calm energy that makes you want to extend your stay. I'd definitely book here again without hesitation.

Nice location
Nice staff
Suliman Mohammed Yahya was very supportive and professional. He was doing all what it takes to make the stay comfy and worth it, and he was successful. The way he dealt and the support he provided will make me for sure come back to the hotel. The apartment was very nice and was a feed fit for me. The location is close to the boulevard, king Abdullah financial district, Riyadh Park Mall and winter garden. There is a supermarket and loundary right in front of the apartments.
The receptionist was very kind and respectful .

شقة فاخرة Vip غرفتين وجلسة خارجية – وصول ذاتي
I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name شقة فاخرة Vip غرفتين وجلسة خارجية – وصول ذاتي, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The Arabic translates to something like “luxury VIP apartment with two bedrooms and outdoor seating – self check-in,” which actually undersells what you’re getting here. This place genuinely surprised […]
