You know what caught me off guard about مودرن سويت? The name pretty much tells you everything – it’s modern, it’s suites, and honestly, they delivered on both fronts better than I expected. I mean, when you see a 4-star rating, you sort of brace yourself for that middle-ground experience where things are nice enough but nothing really wows you. But this place actually surprised me in a good way.

The suites themselves are genuinely spacious – not that fake “spacious” you get where they just removed the furniture to make photos look bigger. I’m talking about real room to breathe, separate living areas that you’d actually want to hang out in, and kitchenettes that aren’t just for show. The modern part of the name isn’t kidding around either; everything feels fresh and updated without being sterile. You know how some places go so modern they forget people actually need to live there? Not here. The design choices make sense – good lighting where you need it, plenty of outlets in logical spots, and bathrooms that don’t make you play Tetris just to move around.

What really won me over though was how smooth everything ran. Check-in was actually pleasant (rare these days), and the staff seemed to know what they were doing without being overly formal about it. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where small things are done right, which honestly matters more than flashy amenities you’ll never use. The housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with the “eco-friendly” towel guilt trips while still keeping things clean and well-maintained. Parking was straightforward too, which saved me the usual urban hotel headache of circling blocks looking for a spot. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a temporary apartment than a hotel room – but with all the services you actually want – this hits that sweet spot pretty well.

  The location is very accessible to everything you need, grocery store, pharmacy and city attractions; boulevard city and world. To the owner, super accommodating and responsive to my inquires. This place is good value of money, our stay was fulfilling and extraordinary.
  
  What could be improved: Honestly, 11 am check out time is quite early. It would be better if after 12 or 1 pm. And maybe one of the reason is due to Ramadan time (unsure).
