The front desk staff remembered my name by the second day, and when I mentioned I was looking for a good local restaurant, they didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map – they actually drew out walking directions to this incredible family-run place that I never would have found otherwise. That 9.2 rating makes total sense when you experience this level of genuine hospitality. The hotel runs smoothly in all those little ways that matter – the Wi-Fi actually works everywhere, the elevators don’t take forever, and checkout was refreshingly painless. I mean, it’s a 4-star property so you expect certain standards, but this place delivers on them consistently without making a big show of it. If you’re the type of traveler who appreciates when a hotel feels like someone’s put real thought into the guest experience rather than just checking boxes, you’ll definitely get why this place has such loyal guests.

  The staff I met at the reception are nice. Muneera at the reception and Kabeer the assistant. This may be the only good things about this hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is described as furnished apartment, but the apartment does not have even a spoon, plate or anything. It does not have even one glass to drink water. Taking a shower is a real challenge. I know, I will not come back
