  – شقة واسعة وحديثة وفي منطقة هادئة
  – مجهزة بكل التجهيزات التي تحتاجها من فرن و غسالة ومكواة وغلاية وادوات طبخ ومعدات تنظيف وغيرها
  – قريبة من المسجد والمحلات التجارية وسوق الحراج الجديد

  – المرحاض معاكس لاتجاه القبلة وقد تم بناؤه من دون مراعاة للضوابط الشرعية مما يجعلك تضطر للجلوس بوضعية غير مريحة لتجنب استدبار القبلة
  – عن القدوم وجدنا بعض الشعر على الشراشف والطاولات وغيرها، التنظيف ليس بالمستوى المطلوب
  – تلفزيون متطور وكبير قياس 65 بوصة ولكن لا فائدة من وجوده إطلاقا لعدم وجود ريسيفر وغير موصول بالنت
  – عدم وجود طاولة في الصالة أمام الكراسي
