The kitchen area is well-equipped too, which came in handy since I’m the type who likes to grab local ingredients and cook sometimes rather than eating out every meal. Honestly, the whole layout flows really well – you’re not bumping into each other if you’re traveling with family or friends, and there’s enough space that everyone can do their own thing.

I have to say, the 9.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. The place is spotless – and I’m pretty particular about cleanliness – plus everything works properly, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places can’t manage that. The host clearly takes pride in maintaining the space, and it shows in those little touches that make you feel actually welcomed rather than just tolerated. The Wi-Fi is solid (crucial for me since I work remotely sometimes), and the air conditioning keeps things comfortable without being too loud or aggressive. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – you can actually get a proper night’s sleep without street noise or thin walls driving you crazy. For a 4-star place, it honestly feels like it’s punching above its weight class, and I’d definitely book it again without hesitation.

  , الحمدلله كانت الشقه نظيفه من كل النواحي صاحب الشقه ابو عزام كان اسلوبه راقي بالمعامله الغرفه كانت واسعه ومريحه وفيها حمام بكل غرفه غير حمام الصاله للامانه الشقه حلو ونظيفه ومكانها ممتاز

  الشقة جميله ومريحة وقريبة من أماكن فعاليات موسم الرياض وقريبه من الخدمات والعمارة اللي جمبها فيها مغسله ملابس وبقاله تفتح 24 ساعه وأشكر صاحب العقار ابو عزام على حسن تعاملة وأسأل الله التوفيق والرزق له🤍

  شقة جميله وراقيه واثاث حديث وراقي ونظافة المكان وموقع المكان القريب من الخدمات الي نحتاجها..
  
  الموقع ايضا يبعد تقريبا 6 كيلو عن البوليفارد والوصول كان سهل جدا ..
  
  What could be improved: ازمة المواقف في بعض الاوقات لاكن ليست بالمشكله الكبيره ..
