I spent most of my evenings in the main salon area, and it genuinely felt like a luxury apartment rather than a typical short-term rental. The self-service aspect works seamlessly too; everything from check-in to daily routines just flows naturally without any of that awkward "am I doing this right?" feeling you sometimes get with Airbnb-style places. Minor maintenance works are required.
It was easy to communicate with the host and got the response we needed promptly, All the facilities were explained and handed over, it was a very pleasant experience
It was a great opportunity to see how Saudis live. The furniture was beautiful and although there was construction going on across the street, we didn’t hear it. The house was a bit old and not all the utilities worked as expected, but that didn’t bother us. Mona was always in contact and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable.
A fireplace was promised but we didn’t find one. We had hoped for off street parking since it was in the pictures, however parking wad available just outside.

كل شي ممتاز نظيفه مريحه دور ارضي هادئ حبيت الخدمات وموسم الرياض وأماكن الترفيه والأطفال قريبه المكان واسع وشرح اشكرهم على الترتيب

الدور جميل ودافيء متوفر فيه جميع الاحتياجات وإنترنت وشاشات سمارت وهو مريح جدا وكل شي قريب منه وكان المنزل نظيف والمرافق جميله أشكركم على اهتمامكم بنا

كل شي جميل الموقع مناسب وقريب من كل المناطق الحيويه في الرياض وغرف نوم جميله واسعه وصالات جلوس وسفره طعام وكل شي متوفر ومساحه المنزل كبيره وقريب من المطار ب 25دقيقه وهذا شي كان مريح بالنسبه لنا وايضا يبعد البوليفار ب6دقايق ممتازه جدا وصاحبه المنزل خدومه جدا وفرت لنا كل شي اشكرها انا وأفراد الاسره
مكان جميل زرته قريب جدا من جميع المجمعات والفعاليات والاسواق
اولا دخول الذكي ثانيا اهل المكان تعاملهم ممتاز سريع و راقي ثالثا الموقع جدا رائع وراقي هادي قريب من الفعاليات لحد اقصى 20 دقيقه الى البوليفارد ثمان دقائق الى مركز الملك عبد الله المالي ست دقائق الى شارع العليا العام والكثير من المرافق
لا شيء كبير يذكر التجربه بشكل عام جيده جدا ترتقي الى ممتاز
المكان ما شاءالله كبير وشرح ينفع للعوائل موقعه جدًا ممتاز وقريب من الفعاليات, صاحبة البيت جدًا متعاونه وأسلوب جميل ورُقي بالتعامل ما شاءالله ماقصرت معنا أبدًا وبإذن الله لنا عوده.
