This little studio setup is actually pretty cleverly designed – it’s one of those places where someone clearly thought about how real people actually live and move around a space. The bed area doesn’t feel cramped against the seating section, which honestly is something a lot of these studio-style accommodations get wrong. I mean, you want to be able to sprawl out on the couch without staring directly at your unmade bed, right? The whole “quiet and beautiful” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff either – there’s something genuinely peaceful about the space that I wasn’t expecting. Maybe it’s the way the light comes in, or just that they didn’t try to cram too much furniture into what is, let’s face it, a compact area.

What really impressed me though is how this place manages to feel like a proper little apartment rather than just a hotel room with a mini-fridge thrown in. The seating area actually works for hanging out in the evening – I found myself settling in there with coffee in the mornings instead of rushing out immediately. And being near the Boulevard means you’re not stuck in some random residential area wondering where to grab dinner. I could walk to several decent restaurants without having to figure out transportation, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re tired from traveling. The 9.3 rating makes perfect sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy or flashy, but everything just… works. The kind of place where the shower has good pressure, the WiFi actually connects properly, and you don’t spend half your stay fighting with the air conditioning. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring rather than lounging around the hotel. The three-star rating feels about right too – it’s comfortable and well-maintained without any pretensions about being luxury accommodation.

  It was my first time to visit Saudi Arabia, therefore I was excited to get to know Riyadh especially by its brand new metro. The property is 5-7 mins by taxi from KAFD metro station.
  The host was well communicated through booking.com and whatsapp. The direction for the property was very clear and it was easy to find.
  This last minute holiday plan was turned out to be exciting, my next place to visit after Riyadh was Jeddah & Al Ula. But I just realized that Jeddah is closed to Mecca! My plan changed and I wanted to do umrah pilgrimage instead of exploring Jeddah & Al Ula ( maybe next time ).
  
  I asked the host where to buy the dress for umrah. The host was so kind and insisted to get me the dress as a gift. It was really nice gesture and I was really impressed by it.
  Thank you so much for your hospitality. I would recommend this place to stay for first timer and returned visitors to Riyadh.

  Clean and nice furniture and all services nearby such as restaurants, coffee shops, market, laundry, and Barber shop.
  
  It’s really good and perfect place if you are visiting Riyadh for businesses or meeting.

  The place was clean and beautiful.
  
  What could be improved: The lack of communication from the owner, as I didn't receive the code to the studio and didn't get an answer even after calling the owner's two numbers and WhatsApp. I only received the studio code number after the neighbour called the owners friend and got in touch with the owner. I was stuck outside for 45 minutes.
