Check-in was smooth, no hovering or pushy upselling, just helpful recommendations when I asked about the area. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently too – I know that sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places still mess that up.

What really sold me though was how quiet it stays, even when the place is full. The soundproofing must be excellent because I barely heard my neighbors, and trust me, I’m one of those light sleepers who notices everything. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they’ve got this nice touch where they don’t just replace your towels automatically – they actually pay attention to whether you’ve used them or not.
