The studio setup is surprisingly well thought out too, with that modern aesthetic that doesn’t feel sterile or cold like some of these newer places can. I mean, it’s clearly designed for people who appreciate clean lines and functional spaces, but there’s still something welcoming about it.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being right next to the Boulevard – you’d think with all that foot traffic and activity you’d hear everything, but the soundproofing is solid. I actually ended up leaving the windows open most nights because the area has this nice energy without being overwhelming. The studio itself has everything you need without feeling cramped, which is honestly harder to pull off than it sounds. The kitchenette area is compact but functional (I made coffee every morning and even managed a simple breakfast), and the sleeping area feels separate enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re living in one big room. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained – good water pressure, which you know matters when you’ve been walking around all day.

Being so close to the Boulevard means you’re basically in the heart of everything without the typical hotel lobby chaos. I found myself just stepping out for dinner or shopping without having to plan transportation or deal with that whole “where exactly are we again” situation. The self-entry system means you come and go on your own schedule, which I appreciated since I tend to keep odd hours when I’m exploring somewhere new. The 10-out-of-10 rating makes sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be fancy or over-the-top, but everything just works the way it should. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a place to stay, especially when you’re more focused on being out and about than lounging in your room.

  One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever went to.
  Yazid is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay including Shampoo, shower gel, soap and also one use towel.
  Also the coffee and tea were provided for free.
