What really sells this place, though, is the location near the Boulevard. If you know the area, you’ll appreciate how easy it makes everything – grabbing coffee in the morning, finding decent dinner spots, or just taking evening walks when the weather’s nice. The neighborhood has this energy that’s busy enough to feel alive but not so chaotic that you can’t relax when you get back to your room. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too, which anyone who’s driven around here will tell you is not always a given. The studio stayed quiet even during what seemed like peak hours, so I’m guessing they’ve got decent soundproofing or just lucked out with considerate neighbors. Either way, I slept well, which is really all you can ask for when you’re traveling. The whole setup just works – it’s stylish without being pretentious, practical without cutting corners, and priced like they actually want people to come back instead of just squeezing every riyal out of a one-time visit.

  This is one of the best places I’ve ever booked in Riyadh, near to the Riyadh Season especially The Boulevard and Boulevard Word. I’ve never regretted staying at this great Studio🙏🏻

  Very cozy and modern studio, I loved the place and loved every single thing about it. There’s everything that you need, Shampoo, shower gel, one use towels. There’s also coffee and tea. All that for free!
