The studio layout is clever in that way where you don’t feel cramped even though it’s compact. I mean, whoever planned this space really understood how people actually live and move around. The lighting is particularly well done – there’s enough natural light during the day that you won’t feel like you’re in a cave, and the evening ambiance is warm without being too dim. The furnishings have that satisfying weight and quality that tells you they didn’t cut corners, though honestly, I was most impressed by the little details like the USB ports exactly where you need them and storage solutions that actually make sense.

What really sets this place apart is how it manages to feel luxurious without being pretentious – you know that fine line between “nice” and “trying too hard”? They nailed it. The bathroom fixtures are the kind you’d want in your own home, and the bed is legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses, so trust me on this one). The kitchenette setup is more functional than most hotel rooms give you, which is perfect if you want to grab some local ingredients and actually cook something instead of eating out every meal. The soundproofing is solid too – I stayed during what seemed like a busy period and barely heard other guests, which is honestly rare these days. With a 9.3 rating, I was expecting good things, but the consistency of quality throughout really justifies those high marks. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the owners actually care about the guest experience rather than just checking boxes on a hospitality checklist.

  الموقع جديد والاثاثات كذلك في قمة الروعة وكذلك الحمام قمة في النظافة والوسع.

  بعض الأشياء البسيطة مثل ضيق الغرفة وعدم وجود وايفاي وضيف المكان خارج المبني لمواقف السيارات اضطررت لتوقيف السيارة بالجهة المقابلة في الشارع وتم تسجيل مخالفة لي. سوي ذلك لا يوجد ما يعكر الصفو. تجربة ممتازة جدا وساعتمده نزل رسمي بالنسبة لي في كل زياراتي المستقبلية للرياض.
