The soundproofing is actually pretty solid, which matters when you want to sleep in after a late night exploring the area. The studio itself feels more spacious than you’d expect, with these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the place with natural light during the day. I particularly loved how they set up the kitchenette – it’s compact but has everything you actually need, not just the bare minimum. The bathroom deserves a mention too; they clearly invested in good fixtures and that rainfall showerhead is a nice touch after walking around in the desert heat.

What I appreciated most was the attention to details that you don’t always get in studio accommodations. The Wi-Fi is genuinely fast (I was working remotely part of my stay), the air conditioning is whisper-quiet and powerful, and they’ve got these blackout curtains that actually block out light completely. Check-in was smooth – they’re pretty flexible with timing, which is helpful when you’re dealing with flight delays or long drives. The 8.2 rating makes sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be a five-star resort, but for what it is – a well-appointed, convenient studio near one of Riyadh‘s hottest entertainment districts – it really delivers. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to be close to Boulevard but still have a peaceful place to retreat to. Just keep in mind that weekends get busier in the area, so if you’re looking for maximum quiet, weekdays might be your sweet spot.
