  Convenient located but bear in mind that distances in Riyadh are very long and there is always a need to get far away to some tourist attractions. Theoretically there is a metro right next door (the important north-south line; entrance less than 50 metres from the flat) but when I was there the line was temporarily out of service – it was due to reopen in mid-December 2024. Presumably it is already in operation. There are several restaurants (an Indian restaurant in the same building) and shops nearby – good breakfasts and meals. Room very clean, functional. Highly recommended for a tourist stay of a few days in Riyadh.
  
  What could be improved: A location on the booking confirmation was confusing and wrong. The entrance is from a small side street, there is no signboard above it. Even the local taxi driver taking me from the airport had considerable difficulty finding the address – he had to ring (in Arabic) and work out exactly how to get there. A request to the owner of the flat and to booking.com – please correct the address and directions description. Practical tip – the Indian restaurant ‘Chola’ is in the same building.

  The best Wifi in entire Riyadh I think. I been many places in Riyadh but this has the best Wifi. The staff is very helpful and humble. The location is a 1 min walk from MOI metro station. Overall, value for money.
  
  What could be improved: Having a kitchen would have been icing on the cake. They should supply electric stove and kitchen utensils.

  The location is very good. There is a metro station close to the apartment, but it didn't work when I was there. Closed for repair. So you don't need a taxi from the airport.
  
  What could be improved: They didn't provide slippers, toilet tissue and towels. I asked for towels two times and instead of towels they gave napkins.

  Good location, recommended for both Long or Short stay excellent interiors and very friendly and supportive staffs.

  The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, the location right by the metro station was great, great restaurants and coffee, shops and 24h supermarket nearby.
  
  What could be improved: There were no towels, but I do not know if they were mentioned in the hotel's specification. We had our own towels, so no big deal.
