استديو بنظام فندقي مميز
About
I'll be honest – when I first heard the name استديو بنظام فندقي مميز, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. The Arabic translates roughly to "Distinguished Hotel-Style Studio," which sounds pretty formal, but you know what? Sometimes the places with the most straightforward names end up surprising you the most.
This 4-star spot really does live up to that "distinguished" part of its name, and I mean that in the best possible way. The moment you walk in, there's this immediate sense that someone actually thought about how people live and move through a space. The studio setup is clever – not cramped like some places try to pass off as "cozy," but genuinely well-designed where every corner serves a purpose. The kitchenette area actually has decent counter space (I can't tell you how many hotel "kitchens" are basically a mini-fridge with delusions), and the sleeping area feels separate enough that you're not staring at your unmade bed while trying to work at the desk.
What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. I'm usually the person who brings earplugs everywhere because hotel walls can be paper-thin, but honestly didn't need them here. The 9.2 rating makes complete sense once you've stayed a night or two – it's those little details that add up. The shower pressure is actually decent, the Wi-Fi doesn't cut out every time someone in the next room starts streaming something, and the air conditioning doesn't sound like a helicopter landing. I know these seem like basic things, but you'd be surprised how many places get them wrong. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no endless forms or trying to upsell you on breakfast packages you don't want.
The location works well if you're looking for something that feels residential rather than touristy. You're not going to have a lobby full of tour groups at 6 AM, which honestly was perfect for me since I was using it as a base for work. There's something to be said for a place that understands the difference between being a hotel and being someone's temporary home. The studio concept really shines here because you get that apartment-like independence – you can grab groceries and actually cook something decent, or just order in and eat at a proper table instead of perched on the edge of a bed. It's the kind of place where you can settle in for a week and not feel like you're living out of a suitcase the whole time.
Hotels in Riyadh offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this desert jewel, with easy access to historic palaces, bustling souks, and renowned traditional markets.

Location is perfect
Fabulous and very comfortable. Very neat and spacious rooms, amazing staff. Receptionist Bella was extremely nice and assisted us with some last-minute changes. Good parking as well. Overall great value for the money you pay.

The location and the great value. Mohammed was very supportive and helpful
The location.
The building entrance was not good, trash everywhere, didnt give a good impression. The mattress was very hard but with the comforter on top it was a bit compensated. Toilet sink was cramped, no space to put stuff, no shelf or counter. Exhaust fan wasnt working. No water pressure in the shower, it was really hard to take a shower.

Anan Hotel
I’ll be honest – when I first walked into the Anan Hotel, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It’s one of those solid 4-star places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with flashy lobbies or over-the-top amenities, but you know what? That actually worked in its favor. The whole vibe feels refreshingly […]

You know what caught me off guard about Kease Hittin V-7 Royal Design AX80? The name sounds like something out of a sci-fi movie, but this 4-star place actually delivers on the “royal design” promise in ways I wasn’t expecting.
