It’s one of those places that actually lives up to its name – “This is My Home” – because honestly, that’s exactly how it feels from the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at plenty of four-star properties, but there’s something refreshingly authentic about this one that caught me off guard in the best way possible.

The suites here are genuinely spacious – and I mean properly spacious, not that marketing nonsense where they call a closet “generous.” Each unit feels like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchenettes are actually functional (I made proper coffee every morning, thank goodness), and the living areas have this comfortable, lived-in quality without being shabby. What I really appreciated was the attention to those little details that matter when you’re settling in for more than just a night or two – proper hangers in the closets, enough outlets near the bed, decent water pressure in the shower. You know, the stuff that sounds boring until you don’t have it.

The staff here genuinely seems to care about getting things right, which probably explains that solid 8.4 rating. They’re not hovering over you, but when you need something, they’re on it. I had an issue with the air conditioning on my second day – honestly thought I’d be stuck sweating it out – but they had someone up there within twenty minutes, and the guy actually fixed it properly instead of just fiddling with it and hoping for the best. The front desk folks remember your name after the first day, which is such a small thing but makes a huge difference in how welcome you feel. Check-in was smooth, none of that painful waiting around while they “prepare your room” even though it’s well past check-in time.

Location-wise, you’re well-positioned without being right in the chaos of everything. It’s quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep (the windows do their job blocking street noise), but you’re not stranded somewhere requiring a taxi for every little thing. The neighborhood has that authentic feel – actual people living their lives, not just tourist traps and overpriced cafes. I found a great little local spot for breakfast just a few blocks away that none of the guidebooks mentioned, which is always a good sign that you’re staying somewhere real rather than in a tourist bubble. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too, which anyone who’s driven around this area will tell you is no small feat.

    Although not located in the downtown area, the hotel is in a convenient location surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The property is impeccably clean and looks exactly as shown in the photos. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests.

    What could be improved: Unfortunately, as I do not speak Arabic, it was initially challenging to communicate with the hotel staff. However, this issue was easily resolved using modern translation apps. Another area for improvement is the kitchen, which was not equipped with basic items such as cutlery, plates, saucepans, and other essential utensils. That said, the staff promptly provided these upon my request. I would also suggest equipping the kitchens with some basic supplies like tea bags, salt, sugar, and a small bottle of oil. Additionally, adding a dining table in the kitchen would be a great improvement, as it could serve both as a place to dine and as a desk for working.

    What could be improved: One of the Staff was very very much rude,as we got delayed in check out and he was standing at door with payment machine and keeps the door knocking continousely, i was taking shower and my wife requested him that please wait for while as my husband is taking shower and once he is out then we will leave, but he missbehaved with my wife fisrtly, then when i came out from bath and opened the door he was like get out now or esle pay for another day, he straight away critisised us that manger is shouting that we dont want people like you to stay here, I requested him and appolgised humbly for delay that "unfortunately we fell asleep and then got awaked and water pressure in bath shower was very very low which caused more delay", in response he was like are you leaving or staying, we said we are leaving, he argued ok then leave right now with in second… so much rude behaviour, then even after checkout i also went to reception and gave the offer to egyption guy to charge for another day because of the rude and disgusting behavior of thier staff if its all about money, but atleast advice and educate your staff to speak in proper way and manner to the clients and show some respect.. they egyptian guy at reception denied to charge as he felt guilty i believe, but the staff person form management who missbehaved with us did due to pushing of the egyptian guy at reception as this is what he told us when he was at door… such a bad experience and huge mistake to stay at this hotel. Things happens some times, this was thi first time we stayed there and we will never every stay in this hotel again who never show respect to thier clients and do not have flexibilities in some cases.

    First priroty in hoteling is good customer service but if you dont respect humanity and cannot show repect to your clients, then what is the use for everything and running a hotel?
